How to Use

As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop (1 serving) of PRE-S with 8-10 oz of water or beverage of choice. Vary amount of liquid to taste. Start with less than 1 scoop to assess your tolerance. Consume 20-30 minutes prior to exercise on training days. DO NOT EXCEED 2 SCOOPS PER 24 HOUR PERIOD.
